Our charge to you is to repeat this affirmation until you believe it! Yes, it can be a struggle to fully accept yourself from head to toe when women are constantly bombarded with language and images that relay (subliminally or otherwise) to change their physical appearance in some way, shape, or form.
Well, no more! Decide right now that you’re going to celebrate your unique identity and bask in the beautiful expression of life, love, and light that you are.
You’re a Phoenix. Keep shining! Be self-love in action.
The Phoenix Rising Collective provides self-care workshops and heart-centered personal and professional development coaching that inspires women to be self-love in action.

I totally love your affirmation. I have a friend here in Tucson, Jade Bealle, who has just done a collection of mothers’ bodies and her next project involves elders like me. She has done several TED talks and just release a book. There is an artist in Australia as well who is working on the same basis, to help we women love our bodies just as we are. Thanks for helping to raise the consciousness of self-love.
Thank you so much for your support of what we do. It is definitely appreciated. Loving our bodies is an important step toward wholeness. And thank you, too, for sharing the great resources on others who are also raising the collective consciousness on healthy esteem and self-love. Jade Beall’s project is phenomenal and very much needed.
I just today, wrote an assignment for a health publication of some sort, titled, “On loving Our Beautiful Aging Bodies.” Hope they like it-and tell me where they will publish if so. It’s a first time buyer on a freelance site, don’y know them yet.
